🛒 What is AI Bazaar?

AI Bazaar is a directory where every shop has its own personal AI Assistant. Customers open a shop, chat with its AI to learn about products and prices, and place an order right there — no need to talk to a human first.

This page teaches every new user — customer or shop owner — the complete way to use the app. Use the buttons above to jump straight to any section.

🧭 Find a Shop and Buy

1. Open AI Bazaar and type a shop name, city, or area in the search box at the top.
2. Tap the shop you like — its AI ChatBot opens.
3. Ask the AI things like "What do you sell?", "What's the price?", "When will it be delivered?" — it answers instantly.
4. When you're ready to buy, tell the AI your name, full address, phone number, and quantity.
5. The AI confirms your order, and it's sent automatically to the shop owner's WhatsApp and dashboard.

🚀 Create Your Own Shop — Free

1. Open the "Create Shop" form on the AI Bazaar home page.
2. Enter your shop name, phone number, and full business information (what you sell, timing, prices, delivery) — this becomes your AI's "training" knowledge, which it uses to answer customers.
3. Submit the form — after verification you'll receive a token number.
4. Use that token to open your owner.html dashboard — from there you run your entire shop yourself.

Once your shop is created, you can run a full online shop without any coding or web-design skills.

📊 Every Part of the Dashboard (owner.html) — At a Glance

Enter your token to open owner.html — a tab bar appears at the top. Here's what each tab does:

• 📊 Dashboard — Shows a "getting started" checklist for new shops, plus daily stats: how many people viewed your shop today, how many orders came in, and running totals.
• 📋 Orders — All customer orders land here with full details (name, address, phone, what they ordered). Mark orders "pending" or "complete" from this tab.
• 🖼️ Products — Add new products (name, photo, price, description, stock) and organize them into categories so your shop looks tidy.
• 💳 Billing — Your AI-usage bill and your "direct orders" bill (orders without AI) appear here, and this is where you submit payment.
• 👥 Followers — A list of customers following your shop, plus a link to invite new customers.
• 🏭 Markaz — Browse wholesale sources like AliExpress/Daraz and add products straight into your shop.
• 📒 Number Sheet — Completely private, visible only to you. Match your shop's product number to the real Markaz/market product number here.
• 📔 Khata (Ledger) — Track customers who buy on credit — how much they took, how much they've paid back — just like a traditional ledger, but digital.
• ⚙️ Settings — Change your shop logo, the WhatsApp number orders go to, your shop's location, return policy, and your password.
• 🪪 Business Card — Build a digital business card for your shop to share with friends and customers.

🏭 How to Source Products from the Market

1. Open the "Markaz" tab inside owner.html.
2. Browse wholesale sources like AliExpress or Daraz and pick products for your shop.
3. Add the chosen product under the "Products" tab as a new item — name, photo, price, and description.
4. Products bought from your local market can be added the same way — just photograph them with your phone and upload.

🔢 Where to Add Product Numbers

1. When adding each product, give it a unique "Product Number" — this is what the customer sees.
2. Write that same number in the "Number Sheet" tab next to the real market/Markaz product number — this section is completely private and visible only to you.
3. This way, when a customer orders using the AI Bazaar number, you instantly know which real market product it is.

🔍 How to Search Later

• Use the search box at the top of the "Number Sheet" tab to instantly find a product by number or name.
• Organize products into categories in the "Products" tab to make browsing easier.
• In the "Orders" tab you can look up past orders by customer name, phone, or date.

📦 How to Process an Order

1. A new order appears as "pending" in the "Orders" tab of owner.html, and you also get a WhatsApp message.
2. Check the Number Sheet to see which market product it is, then get it from the market and pack it.
3. After sending the delivery, mark the order as "complete".
4. Customers can also report whether they received it, returned it, or never received it.

🏪 How the Offline Shop Works

Your real, physical (offline) shop keeps running exactly as before — AI Bazaar simply gives it an online voice. Customers chat with the AI to order, the order lands directly on your WhatsApp, and you fulfill it straight from your own shop — no warehouse, website-building, or technical skill required.

💰 How to Grow Your Earnings

Creating a shop on AI Bazaar is free. How much you earn depends on your products, pricing, customer service, and consistency — the more complete and accurate information you give the AI, the better it can satisfy customers and win orders.

• Add as many products as possible, with correct prices and clear descriptions.
• Write your return policy clearly so customers trust you.
• Keep adding new products and offers regularly.
• Share your shop's link with friends and followers.
